What To Expect
The cost of initial intakes, exams and follow-up visits vary according to which service you choose, if you are using your health insurance (contract price), or paying out-of-pocket (cash/check/credit card price).
Acupuncture Treatments are currently the only service that can be billed to or reimbursed by your insurance company. If you have an FSA, HSA or HRA, acupuncture is an allowable expense, although some plans require an LMN (letter of medical necessity).
Prior to your first appointment, please call your Member Services contact to ensure you have coverage for acupuncture services, the number of visits you are permitted during a calendar year and co-pay.
If you have coverage under your carrier, and it is not one with whom we contract, we can provide you with a “super bill” for you to submit for reimbursement. Please note that the amount of your reimbursement may not be the full amount of your bill.
